Christmas tea

Ingredients :

- 500 ml (2 cups) of water

- 5 pistils of saffron

- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder

- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

- 3 large spoon of cranberry juice

- Black leaf tea

1. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.

2. Off the heat, add the saffron, cinnamon, vanilla sugar and cranberry juice and leave to infuse for 20 minutes.

3. Reheat if necessary, add the black tea and leave to infuse for 4 minutes.

3. Filter before serving
