Ingredients :
- 4 large zucchini
- 2 sweet onions
- 1 potato
- 10 pistils of saffron
- 150ml liquid cream
- salt and pepper
1. Infuse the saffron pistils in the lukewarm liquid cream.
2. Wash the courgettes. Peel the potato and the onions. Cut all the vegetables into large chunks.
3. Cook all the vegetables in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes with 1/2 liter of water.
4. Mix everything, salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the saffron cream and simmer over low heat for another 10 minutes. Taste.
