Saffron fruit salad

Ingredients :

- 20 cl of water

- 10g cane sugar

- 1 kg of fruit of your choice

- 10 pistils of saffron

1. In a saucepan, melt the sugar in the 20cl of water.

2. From the heat, stir in the saffron pistils and leave to infuse for at least 30min. You can do this step the day before, the saffron will infuse longer and the syrup will have had time to cool.

3. Pour the cooled syrup over your fruit, previously cut into pieces.

4. Keep cool. It's ready !!

Tip: drizzle fruits such as bananas and apples with lemon juice to prevent them from turning black!! And for even more freshness, think of mint and basil!! You can even add pulp or juice extracted when cutting the fruit to your syrup!!
