Saffron praline spread

Ingredients :

- 170g of praline tablets

- 10cl of liquid cream

- 20g of butter

- 15 pistils of saffron

1. Heat the cream with the saffron for 5 minutes while stirring without letting it boil. Turn off the heat, cover and leave to infuse for 1 hour.

2. Add the praline pieces and melt over very low heat.

3. Once the praline has melted, add the butter and mix well.

4. Pour into a jar and set in the fridge for 3 hours.

It's ready !! Taste!!

Tip: the ideal is to prepare your saffron cream the day before. It will thus have all night to infuse. You can add hazelnut chips at the end of the preparation for more crispiness!!
